Thanks to mariokart64n for the 3dsMax .mesh.ascii exporter script and instructions!

Even though I don't own any part of this model, I worked quite hard on it to make her look as good as possible in XNALara.
Please credit me when you use it or mod it, it's something very small to ask. It will also let other people know where to find it.
More importantly, credit the creators of the model of course (Project Soul/Namco).

I don't appreciate any re-releases of this exact model (for XNALara), if you find a bug or something just let me know and I might fix it (if I´m not lazy :p).
Modding (textures and/or mesh) is allowed of course. ;-)

If you want to convert her for another application (GMod for example), don´t forget to credit everyone mentioned in this readme.


Important:
- enable BACKFACE CULLING and ALWAYS FORCE CULLING in XNALara for the best result (don´t complain to me about ´bugs´, I told you, use backface culling!!)
- options -> display accessories -> handgun hand right/left to display 'Valentine' in the sword or whip state
- always use the most recent version of XNALara
- keep poses and images tasteful please (i.e. no porn)

and you're right ppl including myself try every kind of possible combination with the mods and most of the old models are perfect for this or even more revealing variations just doing a five min work on blender.
Ive found "forbidden" custom and original textures/skins for many models and with some modifications in body parts (add things, enlarge, decrease, sculpting the mesh) we get a perfect model for "those things" but im not realising any of them coz that would be like taking advantage of ppl like you and going totally agains the "dont use it for pr0n" modders would get mad. Anyway youre doing it right sir :p many mods have already a sxual nature made by the original creators and trying to hide it deforming the mod/mesh its absurd, my point is if you want to do "whatever you want" with the mod keeping it just for yourself then go ahead... but i dont agree when realising and making it public (when is the pr0n thing... cuz erotica poses & pics well many games show such things already e.g lets cover and modify MK9 or The witcher mods, absurd.) sorry bad english.
